As we are a family run business, we ship once (sometimes twice) a week. We thank you for your patience.

Be sure to put down the correct address! If the address you supplied is incorrect, and the package cannot be delivered an additional postage charge will to you to re-ship.

If you have supplied the incorrect address please let us know immediately here. 

Cloth Club is not liable if your package is undelivered or missing. As much as we try and endeavour to take every precaution, we have no control the package once it leaves our possession and is with the courier.
